Common questions
When will my order ship?
Everything is printed to order, so it usually takes 2 to 5 working days before dispatch. You get a tracking email when it is dispatched.
Which coins can I pay with?
Bitcoin and Litecoin only. The rate is quoted at checkout and held for 30 minutes.
Can I change my order?
Once payment is confirmed, printing starts quickly. Email us with your order code as soon as you can and we will do our best, but we cannot always change an order that has gone to print. You can still cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Do you restock?
No. Editions are numbered and never restocked. When one sells out, it is gone.
How do I return something?
Email us with your order code within 14 days of delivery and we will send the return steps. See the shipping and returns page for details.
