Who we share it with
- Printify and its print providers, who print and deliver your order. They receive your name, delivery address, email and the items ordered.

- Our own self-hosted crypto payment processor. We do not use a card payment processor.
We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Printify is based in the United States, and some of our other providers may also process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy arrangement, so that your data stays protected.
How long we keep it
- Delivery addresses are deleted 90 days after delivery.
- Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
- Marketing consent and your email are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, so it works without an account. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. Some records we must keep by law, so we may not be able to erase those straight away.
