Terms

Last updated 21 October 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on greenbritainsupply.com. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who we are

greenbritainsupply.com is operated by [Registered trader name], trading as GreenBritain Supply Co.. Our address is [Trader postal address]. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The products

Our clothing and accessories are printed to order by print partners in the UK and the EU. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed item. Please check the size guide and your chosen size before you pay, because each item is made after you order.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept cryptocurrency only. The amount you pay in Bitcoin or Litecoin is worked out from the GBP price at the rate quoted at checkout. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

4. Ordering and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed when your payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. Until then we are not bound to supply the goods. We will email you a confirmation with your order code once payment is confirmed.

5. Payment

  • We accept Bitcoin and Litecoin only.
  • The rate we quote at checkout is held for 30 minutes. If you pay after the quote has expired, the order may need to be re-quoted.
  • If you send too little, we will contact you to ask you to top up the difference, or we will refund what you sent.
  • If you send too much, we will refund the extra on request, minus the network fee for sending it back.
  • Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us once sent, so please check the address and amount carefully.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the European Union. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Please see our shipping and returns page for more detail.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. Our items are made to a standard design, so they are not "personalised" goods and this right applies to them.

To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order code and a clear statement that you want to cancel. Then send the item back to us, unused and in its original condition, within 14 days of telling us. We will tell you the return address when you contact us.

You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, if earlier).

8. Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you have a 30-day right to reject it and get a refund. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that cannot be done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund. If your item arrives faulty or misprinted, email us with a photo and your order code.

9. Refunds

Refunds are paid in the same coin you paid with, to a wallet address you give us. The refund is for the GBP value you paid, converted at the rate on the day we send the refund. Network fees for sending the refund are covered by us, except for overpayment refunds as set out above.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network congestion. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos and text on this site belong to GreenBritain Supply Co. or the artists who made them. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to copy or sell the design.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or an EU country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your home country and can bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
