Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union. Each order is printed by a partner close to you.

Production time

Everything is printed to order, so there is a short wait before dispatch. This is usually 2 to 5 working days. Delivery time comes on top of that, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and duties

Where possible, EU orders are printed inside the EU, so most orders avoid customs altogether. Any duties or taxes are shown or handled as stated at checkout, and if duties may apply to your order we will tell you before you pay.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to refund or reprint it, and re-sending may cost extra.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date or of receiving it. Send your order code, and a photo if it is damaged. We will reprint and resend the item, or refund you.

Returns and cancellation

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. To start, email [email protected] with your order code and we will send the return steps. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or misprinted. Items should be unused and in their original condition. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Faulty or misprinted items

If something is faulty or not printed as shown, email us a photo and your order code. We will send a replacement or refund you. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.

Size exchanges

We cannot swap sizes directly, because every piece is printed to order. A size exchange is handled as a return of the original item plus a new order for the size you want. Editions are numbered, so check the size you want is still available before returning.

Refunds

Orders are paid in Bitcoin or Litecoin, so refunds go back in the same coin to a wallet address you give us, for the GBP value you paid.
